General TermsI reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission request that does not align with my style, values, or availability.Commissioning my services indicates that the client has read, understood, and agreed to these terms.2. Pricing & FeesAll prices are based on the complexity, size, and style of the artwork.Prices may increase for:

Complex designs
BackgroundsPrices will be clearly discussed and agreed upon before beginning.3. Payment PolicyPayment will always be made up front or half-half.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated.
I cannot do refunds; all payments are final.4. Revisions & ChangesMinor revisions (e.g., color adjustments, small details) are allowed within reason.
Major revisions (e.g., pose changes, redesigns) may require additional fees.Changes made by the customer after delivering the final work is prohibited. Exceptions may be made after consulting with me5. TimeDeadlines will always have additional charges.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances; the client will be informed promptly.6. Artist’s RightsI reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless the client requests confidentiality in advance.I retain the right to add a watermark unless otherwise agreed.7. Prohibited ContentI will not accept commissions involving:
Hate speech, harassment, or offensive content
Explicit material, NSFW, or Sexual content
Illegal Content8. Customer's RightsClient has the right to use my art for personal uses, this includes but are not limited to: profile pictures, printing for home decor, a gift.9. CreditProper credit is required when posting the artwork publicly.Removing my watermark or signature without permission is prohibited.AI USAGEI do not consent to my artwork to be associated or affiliated by any AI whatsoever.
