Terms of Service

GENERAL
I have the right to refuse or cancel any commission request that does not align with my style, values, or availability. Commissioning my services indicates that the client has read, understood, and agreed to these terms.PAYMENTS AND PRICES
All payments will be made through VGen upfront or half and half.
All prices are based on the complexity, size, and style of the artwork.Prices will be clearly discussed and agreed upon before beginning.REVISIONS
Minor revisions (e.g., color adjustments, small details) are allowed within reason.
Major revisions (e.g., pose changes, redesigns) may require additional fees.Changes made by the customer after delivering the final work is prohibited. Exceptions may be made after consulting with meDEADLINES AND TIME
Specified deadlines by the buyer will always have additional charges. Example: Finish before MM/DD.
This does not apply when I state how long I will finish. Example: I might finish this in X days/weeks! Note that this is a speculation, do not expect that I am accurate hence the word "might".
If anything unexpected happens, example: an outage. The client will be informed promptly.CUSTOMERS RIGHTS
Client has the right to use my art for personal uses, this includes but are not limited to: profile pictures, printing for home decor, a gift. (WIP)The Client does NOT have the right to: use my art for commercial use, sell copies, or use it to generate revenue. Continuously ask for updates, eg. everyday. (I am a STUDENT, I have a LIFE and it does NOT revolve around doing commissions.) Be rude in any way shape or form, this includes but are not limited to: passive-aggressive insults, hate speech, rage-bait.ARTISTS RIGHTS
I have the right to: display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless the client requests confidentiality in advance. Add a watermark unless otherwise agreed.I do NOT have the right to: be rude in any way shape or form, this includes but are not limited to: passive-aggressive insults, hate speech, rage-bait. Refuse a request about updates (unless it is a 'Surprise Me!, or no progress has been made since last update).REFUNDS
I strictly cannot do refunds.CREDITS
Proper credit is required when posting the artwork publicly. If you wish to post my art on a site you do not know that I have, simply reach out and ask if I have an account on that site. If I do not, or you are too shy to ask, simply put my link on VGen https://vgen.co/ShouVien
ALL CREDITS HAVE TO BE SPECIFIC
example: "art made by @ShouVien on VGen" or "art made by Shou on https://vgen.co/Shou_Vien"
Removing my watermark or signature without permission is prohibited.
